Our Chocolate Mint Cake features two distinct layers for a truly unique experience. The base is a rich, decadent chocolate torte infused with edible peppermint essential oil, while the top layer is a flourless cake, offering a delightful contrast in texture with every bite. We add a touch of matcha green tea powder, which not only gives the cake a beautiful green hue but also subtly enhances the peppermint and chocolate flavors. The cake is finished with a peppermint-infused chocolate drip, sweetened with a hint of maple. This is the perfect choice for mint chocolate lovers, offering a comforting, digestion-friendly treat with a warm, soothing touch.

We do not use artificial flavorings or colors. Instead, we focus on natural sources, incorporating fruit and vegetable powders, fresh purées, and edible essential oils to enhance our products.
